Consulting: IMS personnel will provide you, the customer, with a consultant who will guide the process from start to finish. Services provided include the following:
- Interview to determine scope of project.
- On-going support to guide all steps of the project.
- Training and sign-off of final deliverable.
- Liaison for future changes.
- Obtain Content: all of these services are designed to be an iterative process whereby IMS personnel can collect and / or create digital content (text, audio, photo and video) in the following manner:
- Customers upload digital content to a secure IMS website.
- IMS personnel visit with customers to collect non-digital content for digital creation.
- IMS personnel visit with customers to create new digital content.
- Organize and Edit Content: once content is obtained IMS personnel will visit with the customer to map out their website, determine who will have access to what and when, and to organize the presentation of content.
- Website Creation: IMS personnel will create the customer’s personal website and modify as desired to produce the final product. IMS personnel will create credentials for individuals the customer has identified for access to different website areas the customer has instructed.
- Installation of Tombstone Placard: if desired, IMS personnel will install a proprietary Placard on the Tombstone containing a QR code to the customer’s secure website for visitor access.
